Follow the Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio Homicide Trial — FL v. Alicia Andrews

The court case of Alicia Andrews of rapper Julio Foolio, whose real name was Charles Jones is now underway in a Tampa courtroom.

According to prosecutors that she helped track the rapper’s movements while Foolio was in Tampa for his birthday. They claim she coordinated with others who later ambushed the rapper in a Holiday Inn parking area.

Three gunmen allegedly shot at Foolio’s vehicle, fatally shooting the rapper and wounding multiple people.

The defendant has been charged with capital murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Prosecutors have presented cell phone data that they say connect her to the crime. This includes Instagram messages and photos recovered from her State of Florida v Alicia Andrews iCloud.

Her defense attorney argues that she was unaware of the shooting. They claim she was in Tampa for personal reasons.
